Activities
Barton’s offers a full selection of activity programs, seven days a week including local outings and community events.
When you visit Barton’s you may find a resident:
- gardening with a youth volunteer
- playing cards with other residents
- socializing with each other and with local college and church volunteers
- writing to their pen pal (local 4th-6th graders).
- engaging in arts & crafts
- playing board games
- preparing to visit a local day care to interact with pre-school children.
The staff at Barton’s constantly introduces new activities for the residents to help enhance and enjoy their daily lives.
Family, friends, and visitors are always welcome to join in the fun and our open visiting hours allow everyone to come at their convenience.
